Nom noms at Nom Sim (that’s the name, right?), in Chinatown, just prior to TNB LE NYC.

That was crazy good soup. I happened to find a well-reviewed but reasonable place last night, Planet Thailand, and settled on a sort of Thai fruits de mer Bouillabase, so two evenings in a row of delicious seafood soup. Of course, item: I live in land-locked Colorado, and item: my Mom is from Calabar, jewel of the Southern Coast of Nigeria, so seafood soup is mother’s milk to me, and that, I think was probably my perfect travel dining experience.

    Thanks again.
