KIMBERLY M. WETHERELL Kimberly's many and varied lives have included actor, stage manager, opera and film director, producer, writer, and restaurateur.     It better be! I had to shovel snow twice yesterday, and this AM at 5, just to get out of the driveway, another foot . . . then drive on unplowed roads for an hour under a lake effect plume.

    But we made it to Brooklyn and are ready to kick ass!
